Overview

Student Support Services (SSS) at IIT Bombay is a key division under the Undergraduate Academic Council (UGAC) that focuses on supporting students’ academic journey throughout their time at the institute. It addresses a wide range of academic needs, including exam preparation through tutorial sessions, assistance with registration and academic procedures, language support, and fostering positive faculty-student engagement. To achieve this, SSS organizes a variety of initiatives such as Tutorial Service Centres, ExCeL sessions, and the selection of Undergraduate Teaching Assistants (UG TAs). It also maintains up-to-date academic resources and conducts interactive sessions to ensure students have access to timely and relevant support.
